Hi, My name is Fabio I’m Italian from the Amalfi coast I have been a chef since I was 14 years old. I was the chef for the Italian national soccer team for 4 years. We won the World Cup in 2006 in Germany.
I moved to LA 7 years ago.
I’m a private chef here in Los Angeles, CA working for celebrities and I do private dinners and bigger events with the help of other chefs.

Whether you are planning a small simple dinner party for your friends or an impressive multi-course meal for business clients, Personal Chef Fabio will create the memorable menu. All meals are prepared at your place with seasonal ingredients from local farmers, butchers, and fish markets.
CATERING
Creating a catering event can be quite complicated for a person with no culinary background. Personal Chef Fabio will lead you through all of the process that can be for elaborate large events (weddings, etc), or something smaller scale. Personal Chef Fabio and his team follow the motto: Quality over quantity. For that reason his catering events are offered to parties under 100 people.
